Gaga's "Telephone" Video Release Date + Alicia's Video Pushed Back?

Stop stallin! Stop stallin! I don't wanna wait anymore. So we finally have a release date for the video of Lady Gaga (ft. Beyoncé) - "Telephone". Be sure to watch the premiere of the video this Thursday @ 11:30 PM on E! News. By the way, the song is currently #12 on the Hot 100, and could possibly (& hopefully) peak in the Top 10 by this week.

Also, Alicia Keys' camp has decided to push the video for "Put It In A Love Song" (ft. Beyoncé) back -- to mid-April. I don't see this push back helping the song either way, but I guess they don't want to be overshadowed by the "Telephone" hype. Sigh. I guess. =/

Alicia Keys on SNL! [Videos]

As we posted the commercial video earlier this week, Alicia Keys was the musical guest on tonight's episode of Saturday Night Live. She surprisingly did a digital short (above) & performed "Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart" as well as "Empire State of Mind (Part II) Broken Down". Um, those vocals were bothering me a bit, but nevertheless, she did good. #CallingITwhatITis! Peep the performances below!

Alicia Keys on New Album & More [Video]

Alicia Keys speaks about her Keep A Child Alive foundation, as well as her new album, The Element of Freedom, which debuted at #2 behind SuBo Fierce and sold 417k copies in it's first week. Great sales, but sadly, it is Alicia's first album who didn't peak at the #1 spot. Yes, SuBo is still snatching wigs and gluing them to the animals at her farm.

Be sure to peep Alicia Keys on Saturday Night Live on Jan 9th.

Alicia Keys Visits 'The View'

As you know, Alicia Keys released her new album, The Element of Freedom this week. The album is expected by HDD to sale between 330-350k units, which is pretty good if you ask me. Alicia has been promoting the album on numerous television shows, and she visited 'The View' earlier this week. She sat down and also performed her single "Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart", as well as "Empire State of Mind, Part II".

Watch the Interview above, and check out the performances below!

Album Review: Alicia Keys - 'The Element of Freedom'

After a little over 2 years, Alicia Keys finally gives her fans a 4th studio album. The Element of Freedom, a follow-up to her multi-platinum 3rd album, As I Am, features 14 songs and is a mix of R&B, soul, pop, jazz & a lot more. As we posted earlier, the album features a collaboration with Beyoncé, and also includes background vocals by Drake on one song.

The album features production by Swizz Beatz, as well as Kerry "Krucial" Brothers, and Jeff Bhasker, among others. This album is definitely for the R&B lovers! Alicia delivers something much more different than ever before, while remaining herself and not stepping out of her comfort zone.

#OOP! Swizz Beatz & Mashonda's Twitter Drama!

These celebrities have been trying to scar some scalps before this decade is over. With just a few days until Alicia Keys' new album release, producer Swizz Beatz and his now-separated baby mama Mashonda have used Twitter to tweet some very personal stuff about the Swizz & Alicia "affair" situation. Now, you know how these hoes celebrities be. I figured I should post these tweets before wigs get snatched and statements get retracted.

Here's some of what Swizz tweeted on his official Twitter.

Oh yeah get that album on the 15th it's Fireeeeeee yeah I said it and what!!!!!!!!!! That's my boo!!!!!!! 4 life!

People talking about I cheated how the fuck can I cheat when I was separated ass holes:) Its been damn near 2years plus hello! G .A.Life!

#OOP! Here's what his baby mama Mashonda had to say.

Here's the bottom line,u were married whn u started ur affair, ur married now. And both of u knew wht it was.Separation came after the fact.
Swizz, please shut the f&ck up. Mashonda, girl sit down. That letter flopped and your tweets aren't doing shit for your career either. Twitter is NOT the appropriate outlet for these types of situations! Alicia, hold your wig; do not respond. You have way more to lose than anyone in this situation. Be smart. #NowPlaying: Alicia Keys (ft. Beyonce) - "Put It In A Love Song"

On our first edition of #NowPlaying, we bring you a new track by Alicia Keys entitled "Put It In A Love Song", said to be produced by Swizz Beatz. The song features Beyoncé and is a track off of Alicia's new album, The Element of Freedom, which hits stores Dec.15.

I really like the song. It's not what I expected, but it's a really nice uptempo with a different sound to it. I'm glad Bey is stepping out more into the collabo world before her current era ends. What are your thoughts on the track.?
